If HC is anticipating anything I think it is the recreational market.

I don't see them slowing down applications for that reason alone

I'm sure the Feds are urging HC to have enough supply for the inevitable demand.

To me, that makes more sense than slowing down due to a few home growers that won't even be allowed to sell their product.
