The only list that matters is the transfer agent's list.

If you had been issued a certificate for CMKM Diamonds shares and there had been a distribution (there never was going to be a distribution, by the way), and you didn't receive your pro rata share of the distribution because you refused to play along with Frizzell's scam, then you could have a field day with a suit against Frizzell, the transfer agent and all the principals of CMKM Diamonds.

Of course, that Casavant is the sole remaining principal of CMKM Diamonds only adds to this absurdity. But the point is that a distribution could not have legally taken place from a list compiled solely of shareholders who voluntarily engaged in Frizzell's Chinese fire drill.

Guess it's a good thing for Frizzell and friends there won't be a distribution.

Yet another undocumented Frizzy claim, nufced. Kinda like his claim that two brokerages had a major short in a stock they never made a market in.

I'd say that consistent fake claims qualify as a con-man.

I've not seen any evidence of that? If you are simply reitrating frizzy's point of view, remember he's the guy who can't even figure out the FTD's.
