So what? You cannot explain in the correct terminology of what the problem is. The lack of knowing how this market works is also quite transparent, what is being described is not a execution issue. Worse yet you blame a Market Maker when it has nothing to with a Market Maker. This is why some people shouldn't be able to trade OTC.
