"Lawyers have nothing to do with the retention of either Gallagher or Fairfield. This is board of directors approval."

YES, I should have realized the BOD arranged this travesty.

"they will want their additional "$4 mil"
"The higher the common stock goes - the more they get paid."

Evintos: Look you sound/read like a person who is serious so I will respond
They are getting $9,615+ a week and for exactly what ? did they come with a deal in hand and was that the failed 10.7 mil.and who made that !!!, where did it go flop, PLUS if it was them why are they still here at ALMOST 10 GRAND A WEEK YES THAT'S RIGHT ALMOST TEN GRAND A WEEK now some have a very stupid opinion that it's a cheap price to pay in the biz world I say to them .it's a TEN GRAND FREEBIE A WEEKas of this post so far and it reads as a = Cronyism is a more specific form of favoritism, referring to partiality towards friends and associates. As the old saying goes, "It's not what you know but who you know," or, as blogger Danny Ferguson put it, "It's not what you don't know; it's who your college roommate knows." Cronyism occurs within a network of insiders-the "good ol' boys," who confer favors on one another.

Lets remember these people like our BOD are on other BODS earning while it's investors are pissing into the wind IT IS WHAT IT IS ,IT SEEMS

Have a great weekend people-Ts
