Buzz,

I honestly dont know enough nor claim to be much of a financier. My guess is that Angel type Private Placements are preferable but raise less money than an institutional raise like LPC. I think LWLG would like to raise as much money as it can (PP) and at the same time have the option to access even more (LPC) so that LWLG has a stronger negotiating position when dealing with the much bigger established companies that are hoping a cash-starved LWLG acts upon its desperation, and consequently negotiates from a position of weakness. These are my speculations only based on NO knowledge of LWLG's negotiations, past or present. I am not confident about my assessment of LWLG because I've been so wrong in the past.

I don't claim to know 100% about how our agreement works and why which is better. From the 8k, it seems we issued something like 350k to LPC in good faith and have access to more if needed. IMHO we have more investors holding on to the shares longer and not turning around and selling as LPC would, which is why we may go the PP route, but again I'm not sure and don't claim to know.

I'm responding to the fact you laughed at the idea of a buyout, which is where I think this is heading. So I pose that question to you. Where do you see this going?
