I think that that LPC will unload their shares as long as they can get a profit on them no matter how small, so we're probably stuck around $0.60 for a while until those shares are unloaded. I also was a bit surprised that Lightwave did s deal with LPC, but that's the way it is.

If this is such a great deal, then why does the Company need to have private placements?
