When LPC sells, who is buying? And why would LPC sell as LWLG has this potential. I am about as confused as a billy goat on AstroTurf!!!

That may be true. I don't know enough about it to offer a real opinion. I would think that LWLG wouldn't have used them if they didn't have to. Not sure how many other entities were offering access to millions of dollars at better terms...in the world of startups with good ideas and good personnel, but not much tangible product, I would think not many.
