I do not believe that US brokers will allow shorting a pinkie.

Mike if you can find a broker anywhere in Canada that will allow shorting of penny or subpenny pinks let me know, I can't find one.

Minimum MARGIN requirement in Canada to short stocks under .50 is 100% PLUS FIFTY CENTS PER SHARE.

Things changed up here two years ago.
