IMO that is the reason the ones against WMIH do NOT want escrows to be paid as they know that most will buy MORE WMIH.

the escrows of wamu are traderestricted, because rosen wanted it. he argued, the costs are to high.

if the trust appoint a trade agent, the escrows would be tradabele.
