I'm sorry it doesn't work that way, you can't be the cause of a problem and walk away from a deal because of that.. Please note that I'm 100% on your side, I've 8000 shares at average 2.6 (which I kindof regret now because I'm not rich and this is risky stuff), but unfortunately a solution is not that obvious. There's a good seeking alpha podcast which gives a good picture of the situation. Not without hope but definitely messy.
Just wondering.... the issue is that the agreement was made when the pps was much higher. The market crashed and now SUNE is paying too much... Tepper steps in and delays the deal till march 18... SUNE "walks away" but then offers a new deal at a much lower pps.
The deal is now worth it (or at least a fair deal)since the market is distressed.
Could it be that Tepper just wants us to get a better deal?
