Exactly, and I said that NW has a huge stake in the company, and he has the money to make a better counter offer if Cognate tries to 'steal' the company from the other shareholders via a very low offer when the stock is in the toilet. With him out of the picture, the 'steal the company' scenario would be extremely unlikely imo, but certainly not impossible if LP wanted all the money and didn't care she'd be branded a thief. But NW has access to a lot of cash and I think he'd put up a heck of a fight, making that whole theory a bit silly imo. Have you ever seen a honey badger? I guess LP would be the honey badger and NW the lion in such a fight.
