On very low volume though...if on average and/or above average volume,yes, but with the lack of volume I don't think you can put as much stock into it. I see peeps just mulling around like zombies waiting for news,unsure if they want to plop down bigger $ to add on what may be ?? ,and so back and forth it goes.
