Yup, and we are expecting filings to yet very soon or any day. As each milestone from the PR is hit, we will move higher... And the filing milestone is about to be hit.

Since the OTC is not an exchange, including all the tiers, technically, TALK can not "uplist", as it is not a listed stock. Remember what "OTC" stands for. The company doesn't even understand this, as many companies don't, based on the numerous press releases that use the term.

Everyone should be more concerned with the task at hand, which is curing the delinquent filings status, and pronto.
