Once TALK 10-Q is filed they will be fully up-to-date, compliant and yield sign will be gone. This could happen any day now.

Then they can uplist based on PPS to whichever they qualify for.

Next exchange available to them is OTCQX, but why would you go from QB to QX? it makes no sense. I think they would like to uplist beyond OTC.
