They may own it but does Velatel control it and profit from it?
That remains an open question for George to answer and clarify.

Last VELA PR Dec 31 2014 and last SEC filing even older. It is now March of 2016 for C'sake.

There has been nothing issued by VELA since that date to counter their statement regarding China Motion Telecom (HK) Limited that I am aware of.

Having said that, it was good to finally see an uptick in the share price this week. Watching VELA has become akin to "watching paint dry" and I blame that solely on George Alavarez for going silent
regardless of reason. jmo
