"The Company's Analysis Regarding Impairment of Investment and Ability to Consolidate" Please find and read this paragraph.
There has been nothing issued by VELA since that date to counter their statement regarding China Motion Telecom (HK) Limited that I am aware of.

2. As of the date of this report [May 2014] 3,073,285,607 shares issued and outstanding. [OS]

Having said that, it was good to finally see an uptick in the share price this week. Watching VELA has become akin to "watching paint dry" and I blame that solely on George Alavarez for going silent
regardless of reason. jmo
