The first part is LP's comment as recollected by Beartrap at the annual meeting, the latter part is Beartrap's commentary. Actually Beartrap's memory was slightly off.

What LP had been talking about was actually completion of enrollment in 2015.

I’m just going to spend one minute or two going through DCVax-L. I really pretty much covered it. And this is the Phase III trial. It’s blinded. Looking towards 2015, we expect to finish enrollment. -- LP stated at conference on 12/10/2014

Moreover, if you go with the change in trial status as of October 30, 2015, it indicates not only not screening by that point, but not enrolling as well. (If you look up the glossary definitions.) That's when I think they sufficiently completed enrollment.
