Quite likely. Familiar pattern in stinky-pinkyland. ENIP looks like other penny scams making insiders rich.

All the proceeds from the patents go directly to the insiders while the shareholders are left with convertible debt financing which destroys the share price.

As has been witnessed here for years. Next stop, reverse split and wash rinse and repeat the same scam all over again.
