No. The next quarterly filing will reflect the same thing as the last ones for years have.

All the proceeds from the patents go directly to the insiders while the shareholders are left with convertible debt financing which destroys the share price.

As has been witnessed here for years. Next stop, reverse split and wash rinse and repeat the same scam all over again.
