Well as long as everyone involved in any type of wrongdoing is brought to justice. Including anyone who has intentionally pumped the stock to run it up, bashed the stock to run it down, made misleading or reckless statements about Nwbo's projected timelines, created agreements with other portfolio companies for their betterment at Nwbo shareholders expense, paid for other companies to promote the stock through various means, paid current directors through shares to write reports promoting the stock. Yeah as long as everyone is brought to justice I will be a very happy camper.

I can't speak to what was exactly said to Drumword, but it was clear to me that Les was very antagonized and emphatic about the naked short activity surrounding the stock, and pretty much said in so many words that they're getting the data and will look to go after the parties involved; (e.g. what happened with GS recently). He said nothing to me about the internal investigation getting serious. It was more about the external investigation progressing. He did continue to say that the accusations made against the company and some of the players had no basis in fact and will be proven untrue. But, that was all he said about that.

Again, nothing that hasn't been said in so many words by the company already, but seeming to gain steam if you read between the lines of what was said. Let's face it, a lot of the conversation was reading between the lines. Now, some of us may read what we want to, so take it where it comes from.

That is the way I read it to the investigation against the shorts and Phase V is serious. I feel this is more than 1 hedge fund shorting but a network of financial companies trying to bankrupt NWBO.
