My feeling is vfin is selling, Nite is a MM. They usually only get involved if they foresee something happening. This happened with RAYS, RARS AND XNEZ. They blew the stock up and then dropped it. Maybe they are positioning for a pump based off news on the case. The bigger question is how big can this thing get before people start noticing it and jump in. Also the bigger question for us is when to get out.
You would think that Ironridge would have been paid off in full by now. Do you know how much VELA actually owed them? I looked at some past filings and it didn't look like all that much. Also did not find their discount.
When it comes to VELA filings there is much to read and not all is easy to understand imo.
