Drivel? The Ifus counter has more than met prima facia; the plaintiffs case HAS NOT!. The plaintiffs were required to provide supporting evidence and missed two deadlines. This is clearly stated as "pending" in the court records. In addition, there are confessions to the allegations by the boot boys, admitting their crimes...Ergo they filed the federal case thinking they could buy time and force Ifus to spend money and potentially go broke. Bad strategy ad it didn't work.
The boot boys delayed the federal case...no problem, next time. But! The state case and the counter are still active.
The shareholders are both mobilizing and getting active in pursuing justice. We know the truth and will want retribution. Boot boys will face criminal charges, meetings with the DA is inevitable and immanent.
