If you know about, so does the SEC. I'm happy with the SEC's decision that TPAC is a legitimate company that deserves our investment pennies.

They very much will and I'm going to very much appreciate the SEC's award. 30% of what they recover...not from the recovered funds (that gets distributed back to the injured investors) but from the whistleblowers' fund...set up by Congress.



This is dated. They've awarded nearly $50,000,000 so far...not quite 50. $14 million to one guy/gal and $32 million to another. The SEC publicly admonished that whistleblower ($32M) for taking his time, lOl...all I can say is, "Sweet!" and "Thanks for playing!" lOl...

Got a copy of that SEC decision? The simple reality that the SEC has not yet suspended TPAC does not mean they won't. It also does not mean they will suspend.

If the SEC is investigating TPAC and decides to suspend them, we will know only when the SEC releases one of their "welcome to the grey sheets" announcements.
