The significance of King's College is simply the report that as of October 28, 2015, they were in detailed negotiations to build upon a contract to distribute DCVax-L to Europe.
Why would NWBO be in those negotiations if Dr. Liau's October 15, 2015 speech was (interpreted as) negative? Wouldn't it make more sense that the bears were trying to turn good news into bad news, and NWBO is simply correct when it states it can't comment on documents passed to regulators until the negotiations were concluded?
NW is voluntarily hamstrung because he is awaiting results of the investigation. In the meantime, NWBO is keeping the train moving down the tracks.
