There's just way too much BS around that deal to believe ANY of it.
The latest scam sweeping the Penny Stock world is fabricated lawsuits that are settled immediately for free trading shares. I'm beginning to suspect this is simply one of those arrangements.. a bogus deal is announced, cash supposedly changes hands, the deal isn't consummated, lawsuits commence and suddenly tens of millions of new shares are issued to settle the matter.
This is starting to look like one of those deals. Seriously, who gives $500,000 up front with no guarantee of delivery?
