That's an interesting explanation for something that doesn't make much sense on the face of it. It fits well with Jerry's stocks production-line talent. If only the drinks production line was so well greased.

The latest scam sweeping the Penny Stock world is fabricated lawsuits that are settled immediately for free trading shares. I'm beginning to suspect this is simply one of those arrangements.. a bogus deal is announced, cash supposedly changes hands, the deal isn't consummated, lawsuits commence and suddenly tens of millions of new shares are issued to settle the matter.
