Evintos, if you add to your total

$ 3,267,151.62

claim 2601 $ 793,493.00

you get $ 4,060,644.62 , furtheron what about following claims ?

claim 125 $ 127,119.00
claim 1182 $ 133,671.00
claim 1082 $ 136,403,42
claim 374 $ 12,025,86 , then all over sudden

you get $ 4,469,854.08 . If one considers the stipulated

amount of $ 4,369,192.16 then one question comes to mind:

for about $ 100,000.00 saving is it worth to drag out and delay more than 8 years further solutions for our case, especially if we know that the FDIC can (and IMHO will) object the proposed order ??

To me this is ridiculous at least to have such a judicial system, where it seems to be normal and legal, to drag out and to delay for such peanuts ($ 100,000.00) decisions over more than 8 (EIGHT !!) years in relation to the tens and hundred of $ BILLIONS ( $10,000,000,000.00 to $ 100,000,000,000.00) we are talking of when discussing the biggest HEIST IN HISTORY, the illegal seizure of WAMU (A>L) ????

For now and not exclusively

I am focused on the money the LT might have left over - on the papers it reports - should claims (pre funded) be denied

That settlement - with more paid than claimed - is not how to maximize that (small but totally real) pot of our money
