Obviously? You don't know what the nr is about any more than I or anyone else on this board. Logic would say that companies generally get bad news out of the way before releasing good news. That's not to say that it happens this way 100% of the time, but it's a better guess than to say "they are quickly putting something together to try to save the stock". We'll know soon. Just hold tight.
