I am pretty sure NW isn't giving NWBO any more cash until his investigation is completed. He can't invest more now, find something in his investigation, and then seek legal retribution (if that extreme is a place he wants to go, I don't think it is, but smart to leave the option open). If his investigation comes back clean he will invest more down here but until then, he is sitting where he is at.

BUT, I am really pissed that they did not do the raise with NW - what is going on here - is LP and NW in a tit for tat here??? I can't believe NW was offered these terms and refused them - they need to show unity or they are cutting off their nose to spite their face!!!

IMO NW wouldn't put a penny in here until a full investigation into the allegations is finished and released.
