Fifer and the Officers of the Company knew full well what was going on behind the scenes with fraud, etc. They never spilled the beans to the shareholders. That's unlawful. Remember they never did any work in Spain as they claimed was being done.

I also believe there were others besides Fifer that left PTQ with their pockets full of shareholder/employee money they never had any intention of paying back. I believe the number was $45 million they made on just selling the Spanish assets back to themselves. There's no telling how much more was skimmed from just the day to day operations of the mine and what was stolen from the workers.

IMO there's probably plenty of money to be recovered. Where it all is and how much can be found is the big question. I question why there hasn't been a class action against these people either, because there's plenty to litigate on.

Furthermore, why hasn't any of the other management come forward and come clean in this fiasco? Most likely they fear prosecution too.
