Ok...so Fidelity shows that based on? A guess or a company statement?

I'll bet it's a guess based on the "unconfirmed" .

The Nasdaq sire shows this......Earnings announcement* for SUNE: Mar 02, 2016

They also have this added below.....SunEdison, Inc. is estimated to report earnings on 03/02/2016. The upcoming earnings date is derived from an algorithm based on a company's historical reporting dates

I'm not sure what the date that it MUST be filed by. Still looking for that.
