Why not ask some "intelligent qusetions"?

1) Why is the formula the "same"?

2) If IFUS's claims had any merit, why was the Counterclaim DISMISSED in TOTAL?

3) If any of IFUS's claims had merit, why did MW, in direct violation of his fiduciary duties to share holders, not file suit i9mmediately?

4) Why did it take over 2.5 years to file a simple new state lawsuit?

5) Why no bags of bagasse of significancs being sold now? Are there any being sold?

6) Why no insurances, no financials and notax returns in over 6 years.

7) Why is MW the SOLE officer and director?

8) Why ABANDON patents after years of costs and pursuit?

9) Why continue to put "patent pending" on products in contravention of law?

10) Why was not even one interest payment made after months of no payments?

11) Why did MW file BANKRUPTCY and ripping off family, friends and creditors?

Utter nonsense. I know MW would like people to believe that, but no one in their right mind would. There was no formula to steal and even the basic patent was thrown away by IFUS. Throwing away the patent was one of the dumbest moves ever made by anyone in business. Now, of course, he is begging to get it back.
