the caveat with that plan is that it involves longer holding periods
which innately require holding overnight
and often over weekends.

and SPY seems far too irrational since august for me to trust overnight holds very often any more.

that said, i still plan to open LT puts when the time seems right.
as much as i think they will try to push higher next week.
the other shoe is going to drop at some point soon.

Easier said then done. Although i agree 100% if you can tune out smaller time frames and be spot on the daily moves and let it ride not fearing loss of profit you can bank huge. The daily is just one big 2 min lol
