Also, ANY money Kimmons might have received via sales of EDWY /ESCU securities would have to be REPORTED to the SEC. There was nothing reported.

The audit takes into account EVERY SINGLE SHARE AND TRANSACTION. Nothing there. Period.

Sure.....Ha Ha Who the heck is supposed to believe this silliness when Gary's Share Structure was well into the Billions after multiple Reverse Splits.....Huh? Your information about how some Pink Sheets work IMO isn't based in Reality. :(
