I am making an assumption. When was the last time they announced a contract?

When vendors, etc. call, they'd get voicemail also. What a way to run a business. Even mom n' pops pick up a phone. Maybe an HQ eviction notice as well? Wouldn't that be a hoot.

The point is that GDSI has kept its shareholders in the dark with regard to whether its wholly-owned subsidiary is, or is not, still in business.

That lack of communication is nothing less than an unfettered disgrace.

Today, Friday, February 26, 2016, marks the one-hundred-and-forty-day-point (140) AFTER the purchase agreement was signed by Rontan and Sullivan, on behalf of GDSI.

Despite that length of time, and GDSI’s own projection that the deal would be finalized by the end of December, the deal has not been finalized.

There is no question that the way in which this company has handled itself, throughout that timeframe, has been a flat-out disgrace.

If anyone has any doubts in that regard, all they have to do is call GDSI's so-called "Investor Relations" Department, at 561-515-6163, and see what they get.

What a caller will get is a rank-amateurish answering machine which, more often than not, greets the caller with a fragmented greeting which starts with "at extension ... ."

Accordingly, GDSI's answering machine greets its callers with a fragmented, amateurish and incomplete message that does not even identify it as belonging to Global Digital Solutions.

No one from GDSI has ever returned a message that I have left at that number.

If someone tries to contact one of the members of GDSI's so-called "Advisory Board" or anyone who sits on its Board of Directors, at a location other than GDSI's laughably-amateurish "office," they will never be greeted by a human being but, instead, will be greeted with more answering machines.

If someone does not believe me, try calling Accretive Capital (the purported location of Edwin J. Wang, a member of the so-called “Advisory Board”) at 561-894-1146.

If someone does not believe me, try calling Vox Equity Capital (the purported location of Matthew K. Kelley, another member of the so-called “Advisory Board”) at 561-307-5857.

If someone does not believe me, try calling Ross L. Trevino (a member of the Board of Directors) at 321-259-0888, upon which he will be told, by a pre-recorded message, that the number for NACSV - a wholly-owned subsidiary of GDSI - is disconnected.

If someone does not believe me, try calling William J. Delgado (another member of the Board of Directors) at 916-838-8833, upon which you receive another answering machine.

If someone does not believe me, try calling Arthur F. Noterman (another member of the Board of Directors) at 781-749-2552, upon which you receive yet another answering machine.

If someone does not believe me, try calling Jerome J. Gomolski (another member of the Board of Directors) at 954-665-4110, upon which you receive one more another answering machine.

It would take very little effort for GDSI to actually answer its phones and actually return the voicemail messages and emails that its investors leave with it, and to then simply say something along the line of the following: "Thank you for your inquiry to GDSI. Unfortunately, we are not, at the present time, able to comment on the status of the Rontan deal. Nonetheless, we will provide you with an update as soon as we are able to do so. Thank you again for your inquiry."

GDSI, HOWEVER, CANNOT EVEN TAKE THE SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME THAT WOULD BE NEEDED TO PROVIDE SUCH A FORMULAIC RESPONSE TO ITS MANY THOUSANDS OF INVESTORS.

It would also take very little effort for GDSI to explain to its shareholders why its wholly-owned subsidiary, NACSV, has had a court-ordered eviction notice plastered all over its front door!!!!

It would moreover take very little effort for GDSI to explain to its shareholders why its wholly-owned subsidiary, NACSV, has had its phone number disconnected!!!!

It would furthermore take very little effort for GDSI to tell its shareholders whether its wholly-owned subsidiary, NACSV, is, or is not, still in business!!!!!

Such simple acts of common courtesy and decency - and effective shareholder communication - by GDSI’s managers, vis a vis GDSI’s investors, would not violate any SEC regulations and would go a long, long way to show GDSI’s investors that the company does, in fact, have some level of appreciation for its thousands upon thousands of frustrated and information-starved shareholders.

Such simple acts of common courtesy and decency - and effective shareholder communication - by GDSI’s managers, vis a vis GDSI’s shareholders, would go a long way to set GDSI apart from the countless fraudulent outfits, which are rampant on the OTC Marketplace, and which, more often than not, are run from the kitchen table, in a run-down rented tenement, of some middle-aged business failure with a shady, sketchy and shadowy background.

Instead of effectively communicating with GDSI’s shareholder, GDSI’s executives are obviously very much at ease, sitting back in warm, sunny South Florida, watching thousands upon thousands of GDSI’s shareholders waste their valuable time, day after day, week after week and month after month, repeatedly trying over and over again, via telephone and email, to actually communicate with a human being at GDSI.

It would therefore appear that everyone associated with GDSI is an amateur, a hack and a stone-cold incompetent, none of whom can be bothered with such menial tasks as communicating with GDSI's shareholders - and none of whom will care in the least when the shareholders of GDSI are all left holding the bag with massive, massive financial losses.

It is painfully obvious that those individuals intentionally cloak their locations, in underworld-type-secrecy, so that if the SEC, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney from Miami all come a-calling, they will be nowhere to be found.

THAT, MY FRIENDS, IS HOW MOST FECKLESS-FLY-BY-NIGHT-PENNY-STOCK-SCAM-COMPANIES RUN THEIR RECKLESS, RAMSHACKLE AND RICKETY OPERATIONS.

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF GDSI, RICHARD J. SULLIVAN, ROSS L. TREVINO, WILLIAM J. DELGADO, ET AL.
