Please cite a statute, regulation or a case which dictates that it would be illegal for GDSI to provide information (i) as to whether its wholly-owned subsidiary, NACSV, is or is not still in business; (ii) why NACSV has had a court-ordered eviction notice plastered on its front door; and (iii) why NACSV has had its phone number disconnected.
