softcare....while not specific for a home office visit, your post entails
some excellent DD. I would only add that if one gets a whiff of scam
or some one insinuates scam, it definitely calls for increased DD if only
to confirm one's original thinking.

At this point, I feel comfortable in predicting a SP of .01 in the not too
distant future. So, based on what I said above, any of you with differing opinions, post your logic for feeling otherwise, if you do.
