It is irrelevant. According to ESCU management the SEC had NO questions related to Kimmons.

Perhaps that's because there's no good reason to ask about him?

WRONG! Until a proof of this speculation is posted it is still a worthless speculation to me :)

SEC asks questions before putting its stamp of approval on any S-1! ESCU is no exception :)

Imagine the VLAUE of ESCU with a SEC approved S-1, product line, and waiting clients! WOW!
