Yes, reading and re-reading DDCC news has answered many of my questions. I like the fact that they give so many details to keep shareholders informed, but it is important to read and re-read these releases in their entirety.
Only one glaring problem with that PR is the FACT that to date the letter of intent has not been completed. No 8k for such an agreement exists for those that insist that DDCC is a fully reporting SEC filer. DDCC do not have enough money to buy coffee for their office let alone the purchase of an established gold mine anywhere.
The news we have seen so far this year indicates substantial revenues are forth coming at this time. They could not be developing this major acquisition, and committing a million dollars towards it without large cash flow from there already signed gold contracts.
