Only one glaring problem with that PR is the FACT that to date the letter of intent has not been completed. No 8k for such an agreement exists for those that insist that DDCC is a fully reporting SEC filer.
DDCC do not have enough money to buy coffee for their office let alone the purchase of an established gold mine anywhere.
