Sir, the SEC has some questions that include the time when Gary F Kimmons was running the show. See page ii of the amended SEC S-1/A

In addition, a currently dated Exhibit 23.1, Consent of Auditors, is attached as Exhibit 23.1. The Company's Auditor, East West Accounting Services, LLC, is now PCAOB qualified, thus necessitating that the currently dated items described hereinabove are included in this Form S-1/A (Amendment No.1).

How come Gary isn't running his mouth now to address these questions the Government has? Or was ESCU set up to throw Sohail and Madhu under the Bus?

Wait I thought ESCU gave the SEC these audited fins from the OtcMarkets? So why is Uncle Sam having questions about them after ESCU filed the S-1 the first time on October 23rd 2015?

So if SEC declares the S-1 hold long might it be IMO until this company possibly does a Paid Promo? If this happens will ESCU end up using one of Gary's Stock Promoters? If the S-1 isn't accepted then what? Will the ESCU alleged new team leave investors hanging like Gary F Kimmons did and go join him PUMPING up Flashzero?

No such valuation has been presented. ESCU just handed out a ton of shares based solely on what they felt like handing over to their company based in Spain.
