I think they could check with the over seas peers and ask about the reported side affects they have don't have . Yes I also dealt with govt process where they ran me ragged because someone din't like me. It cuts both ways . How many units have been sold or given away over the last several years and how many lawsuits are there. The FDA approves so many, many dangerous drugs for public use with all kinds of deadly side affects and push the responsibility on the Doctor who determines whether the side affects out weigh the benefits. It's all BS. The TV is loaded with Lawyers looking for people damaged by approved drugs. It's being stonewalled in my opinion. I also had the pleasure of working with a government employee on an application where I made a mistake in filling it out. She noticed it and went out of her way to find me and allow me to correct it. Double edged sword you get the wrong person and you'll sit there. Have a great day .

The UK, Canada, EU, Hong Kong, Mexico, etc.... are satisfied that the product is safe, effective, and allowed to be sold over the counter. There is no execuse for the product not to be allowed to be sold OTC in the US.
