Well, that's a non starter. MW and his insiders decided, in their 'wisdom,' to abandon the patent, preferring to spend the money on personal toys instead of some mundane little item like a patent. Then, in an effort to justify their malfeasance and greed, they maintained the patent was worthless.

Now of course, MW is begging to get it back. Too late, it is owned by others who seem to be quite happy to have it!

All State claims by MW will be thrown out of court, just as all MW Federal counter claims were thrown out of court. MW neither respects or understands the law. His frivolous suit does not stand a chance.
