Very well articulated and 100% true, but to add to that, in the state case their answers to the interogatories are a complete joke. Answers such as "we didn't know we were breaking the law;" "we didn't realize we couldn't do that;" "That's against the law?!"
It's no wonder they ran out and hired a criminal defense team the same day! It's no wonder they filed the federal case! It's no wonder they want and press for delays (that couples with trying to bk Ifus and MW)...

No, he hasn't. There is no evidence, no witnesses, nothing. There is merely a repetition of the same goofy allegations made in an ever increasing shrillness. I believe the State counter claim will be adjudged frivolous and thrown out with the trash, just as all of the Federal counterclaims were DISMISSED.
