The absolute fact is that the Federal counterclaims were thrown out because there was no evidence, not a witness nor even an affidavit to support any of them. A desperate MW tried to smuggle in anew claim at the last minute, but that too was thrown out sua sponte by the court and MW was hammered by the Judge and branded a "smuggler."
The same phony claims, now made in State court, will be dismissed. Only this time, there will be consequences. MW is so out of touch with reality that he not only does not respect the law, he does not understand it.
