Not so. If IFUS couldn't produce a single witness, a word of evidence nor a single affidavit when $3,500,000.00 was at stake, it surely can't do it to save a paltry $250,000.00.

BTW, the State counterclaims will be thrown out of court. Just as the Federal counterclaims were thrown out of court. Its a frivolous filing ... comically so.
