Per the S-1/a almost 2 Billion shares sold for cash.....prior to 2014..?

WOW who the hell sold those shares and then tell Uncle Sam the 2009-2011 SEC 10K couldn't be completed because of cash flow issues? That sounds beyond ridiculous IMO
