$FRCN • How do you know insider information but non of the shareholders do? Are they passing insider information to you or are you an officer/director of the company?
If There is a large amount of business going on over the last two years & the o/d don't communicate that with it shareholders then there is a huge amount of liability that comes along with it.
Shareholders have a right to know what's going on with the company.
