I just got off the phone with my broker who was very annoyed with me for having called compliance because all they did was call my broker. Evidently there was a universal email sent out to all Scottrade brokers TODAY stating that all PAIV restricted shares will be sent to owners in cert form on the 21st. There will be a $25.00 charge to your account.

I was told to check back after the 21st to make sure it was done.
