Here's the original court document of the lawsuit on Peace naturals for investors reference. Tweed is seeking 12 million in damages for negligence. The lawsuit could result in Tweed inc taking over peace naturals and their customers for a huge discount speculated by Chris Parry

I usually get responses from Tweed (Jordan) quickly. Either he is out of the office or he is checking with the right people if anything can be said about it. OR *wild speculation time* they are settling out of court.
